Welcome to The Morgan Method's 8-Week Total Body Transformation! This comprehensive program is designed to reinvigorate your fitness journey, regardless of whether you're a beginner setting foot in the gym for the first time, or an experienced athlete looking to break through a plateau.
This program is slightly leaned towards upper body development, however you still have one high volume leg day per week to balance out our aesthetics.
Each week of the program introduces new and exciting challenges to keep you motivated, eliminate workout boredom, and ensure continuous progress. Expect to see familiar exercises approached in new ways, and be prepared to discover moves you've never tried before.
